Last updated: 28 December 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the trippl website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by trippl inc. (“trippl”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Use of the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Third-Party Content and Services
The Service may include content, links, or integrations from third parties (such as accommodations, activities, transportation providers, or booking platforms).
trippl:
- Does not own or operate third-party services

Any transactions you make with third parties are solely between you and those third parties.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by trippl, including logos, branding, software, and designs, are the intellectual property of trippl or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, trippl disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- trippl shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- trippl's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to trippl in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $0 if you use the Service for free)

- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
